Paul Schomburg

Paul Schomburg has been producing high quality photographic images for more than a decade. Self taught since he began using a camera, he has honed his craft through an ever expanding variety of projects. His current focus has been in sports and special event photography.  He also has a strong interest in cityscapes, urban architecture and natural landscapes.

In addition to his many clients, Paul has contributed his photography skills to several worthy charitable organizations, including:

• Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department - Serving as both a firefighter and EMT, Paul has taken more than 3,000 official photos for this organization.
• OperaNOVA - A community non-profit that brings the gift of opera to children, exposing them to the art and building new passions for theatre and music.
• Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (T.A.P.S.) - An organization dedicated to assisting those grieving the death of family members or friends lost while serving in the military. 

Whether it is a simple portrait, or a critical news assignment, Paul treats each project with the highest degree of dedication and professionalism.  He will work tirelessly to ensure you receive high-quality images that exceed your expectations.  He is able to work with demanding schedules and is able to customize services to meet nearly any budget.
Originally from the Chicago area, Paul is now based primarily in Washington, DC.  He and his wife Kelly reside in McLean, Virginia.
